Ultimately the goal for all my clients is meet their wants and needs. These
exercises are examples of extreme skill and strength work for those who
want to be able to do anything they set their minds to and any task they
give their body.
Really build up chest muscles like you never have before...
Crossing Incline Chest Press: This exercise has several different purposes; functionally strengthening the shoulders, working through the center of the chest and isometric abdominal strengthening.
Speed
Alternating Power Push Ups: A high level exercise requiring high levels
of speed, shoulder stabilization, coordination, strength and timing.
Impress or just scare your friends...
BodyLever: A high level exercise requiring extreme abdominal, back
and glute strength. This exercise is used by Chinese Acrobatics Instructors
when training performers for Chinese Pole performance.
